Last year and this, I used the terrific "virtual field trip" as a first lesson on Shakespeare's life and times, and as an intro to the Globe theater and Elizabethan theater in general. The students found this resource engaging and fun! This year, I am short on time and plan to use the summaries and close reading activities to save time and move us through the play quickly.
